Read the rules

In registering with us, you accept the following Terms of Registration which set out the terms of contract between you and the company GBUREK^®.
1. The company GBUREK^® is bound to organize Language Workshops called Trainings in an Assertive Approach to Self-Directed Language Education according to the Participant’s booking.
2. The prices include:
· course fees
· hand-outs.
3. We recommend that you book your course with GBUREK^® using our online booking system at www.gburek.com.pl . When you book a Workshop, you must pay your course fees. You may pay your fees in the following ways:

- Cash payment in person at our Head Office.
We are unable to confirm your place until fees have been received.
4. We reserve the right to cancel Workshops without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or in the best interests of the school. If we cancel Workshops, the Participants are informed about it by email or phone and we suggest another date or we refund the balance of your fees.
5. If you want to cancel a Workshop, you must do so in writing. You may cancel on the following conditions:
- more than 21 days' notice before the Workshop begins: we will refund the balance of your fees;
- between 21 and 14 days’ notice before the Workshop begins: we will retain 50% of your full fees and refund the balance of your fees;
- fewer than 14 days’ notice before the Workshop begins: no refund can be made, however, you can enroll a Participant who will replace you instead.
7. If you choose Internet classes, you are expected to check your Internet devices before the class starts. If the Internet classes cannot take place for technical reasons beyond our control, we make a new appointment.
8. In the case of Language Coaching, Trainings in Installments and Internet courses, to cancel a Workshop you must give 24 hours’ notice. If a Wokshop is on Monday, you are to cancel it by 6.00 pm on Friday. If you give 24 hours’ notice then you will be able to re-schedule the Workshop. If you fail to give 24 hours’ notice you will forfeit the lesson. In no circumstances would you be refunded for the lesson.
9. If you booked Language Coaching, Trainings In Installments and Internet courses and did not participate in it or postponed it in due course, you are expected to re-schedule it by the 10^th day of the next month. You are charged regular fee for a Workshop you booked, did not participate in and did not re-schedule by the 10th day of the next month.
